Helium & Eggs is a duet formed by Juste Akiss (lead vocals, guitar, Bontempi) and Graham Mushnik (organ, drums, backing vocals) in 2005.
Although their first album was pretty much pop-oriented, their EP "Xaa Xa" is an instrumental 6-track piece with low-fi hip-hop beats and electronic weird sounds. While on tour in Mexico City, the band recorded a short EP, The Giant Leech, based on drums and electric guitar. Helium & Eggs then worked in a trash/absurd poppy energy until july 08.
Juste now plays guitar and bass while Graham combines drums and organ, and the band have got a new set of original songs, blending 60’s pop, garage, surf, latin beat and art punk.
